Rose Reilly has been a Registered Psychologist and Organisational Consultant for more than 30 years, providing psychological treatment, assessment, program development and consultation across clinical, organisational, insurance and medico-legal settings. Rose works with adults experiencing a broad range of mental health concerns and life challenges and is recognised for her warm, practical and evidence-based approach to psychological care.
Her extensive experience across treatment, workplace mental health, trauma, injury adjustment and complex psychosocial presentations enables her to provide thoughtful, collaborative and outcome-focused care.

Rose also has many years of experience conducting IME-style psychological assessments and preparing comprehensive medico-legal reports for workers' compensation, motor vehicle accident and criminal injuries compensation matters. Her reports address diagnosis, causation, organisational and contributory factors, functional capacity, fitness for work, treatment needs and prognosis, and are valued for their clarity, balance and practical utility in legal and insurer decision-making.

Self-Referral
Self-referrals are welcome. You do not need a GP referral to make an appointment — simply use the enquiry form below or contact Rose directly.
GP Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP)
If your GP has prepared a Mental Health Treatment Plan, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate under the Better Access initiative. Please bring or forward your referral prior to your first appointment.
Insurer & Medico-Legal Referrals
Rose accepts referrals from insurers and lawyers for IME-style psychological assessments and comprehensive medico-legal reports — including workers' compensation, motor vehicle accident, and criminal injuries compensation matters.

Fees & Rebates
Session Fees
Please contact Rose directly to discuss consultation fees, Medicare rebates and payment options. Fees will be explained before your first appointment.
Medicare Rebate — Better Access
Clients with a valid GP Mental Health Treatment Plan may be eligible for a Medicare rebate under the Better Access initiative. Eligible patients can claim Medicare benefits for up to 10 individual mental health treatment sessions per calendar year, reducing the out-of-pocket cost per session.
Private Health Insurance
Private health rebates may apply depending on your insurer and level of cover. Please check with your health fund directly, as rebates vary between funds and policies.
Insurer-Funded Sessions
Sessions funded through workers' compensation, motor vehicle accident, or other insurer schemes are accepted. Please confirm approval and relevant claim details prior to your first appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and non-attendance may incur a fee. Full details are provided in the Terms & Cancellation Policy.
How Telehealth Works
Online psychology sessions are conducted via a secure, encrypted video platform — from the comfort and privacy of your own environment, wherever you are.
The Platform
Sessions are conducted via [platform — e.g., Coviu / Zoom for Healthcare], a secure, encrypted video platform designed for health consultations. You will receive a session link prior to your appointment — no downloads are required.
Privacy & Security
All sessions are end-to-end encrypted and conducted on a platform compliant with Australian privacy legislation. Please ensure you are in a private space where you feel comfortable to speak freely.
What You Need
A device with a camera and microphone (computer, tablet, or smartphone), a stable internet connection, and a private, quiet space. Headphones can help with both audio quality and privacy.

Emergency & Crisis Limitations
