How I Can Help

I work with adults experiencing a range of psychological difficulties. You don't need to be in crisis or have a formal diagnosis to seek support — many people come simply because something isn't feeling right.

Depression

Support for low mood, loss of motivation, hopelessness, and the everyday impacts of depression on work, relationships, and quality of life.

Anxiety Disorders

Generalised anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, panic, and phobias — developing practical skills to manage anxious thinking and tolerate uncertainty.

Trauma & PTSD

Trauma-informed treatment for acute and complex trauma, PTSD, and the lasting effects of distressing experiences, using evidence-based approaches including EMDR.

Stress & Emotional Regulation

Building resilience and emotional regulation skills to manage chronic stress, overwhelm, and the physiological impacts of sustained pressure.

Grief & Loss

Processing loss in its many forms — bereavement, relationship endings, health changes, and other significant losses that can be difficult to carry alone.

Relationship & Family Difficulties

Navigating interpersonal conflict, communication difficulties, family stress, and the psychological impact of relationship breakdown or change.

Chronic Health Conditions

Psychological support for individuals managing long-term health conditions, including adjustment, coping, and maintaining wellbeing alongside chronic illness.

Persistent Pain Management

Evidence-based psychological approaches to chronic and persistent pain, supporting functional recovery and quality of life alongside medical management.

Workplace Stress & Burnout

Support for professionals navigating workplace pressure, burnout, injury adjustment, and the complex interplay between work and mental health.

Life Transitions & Adjustment

Navigating significant life changes — career shifts, relationship transitions, parenthood, retirement, relocation, or other major life adjustments.
